I'm looking at new steeds and wonder what the faithful have to offer in advice.

I'm 6' and 77kg, I ride all the trails around Dunedin, I currently ride a Giant Talon trail bike with droptube frame.

I really like this shape frame and the low standover height. I have ridden the wheels off of it and am now ready for a dual suspension steed.

I have looked at a Specialized Stumpy FSR Expert and would like opinions on how good the brain system is and opinions of this bike in general.

I was looking at Giant Trance X1 also and this is probably the bike most like the Spesh to compare it to

Any alternatives similar to this?
