With all this rain it would be greatly appreciated if you stayed of the trails at Wakari Creek (Redwoods) till Friday to give it a chance to dry out.
We’ll be putting signs up there and will remove them as soon as the trails drain. Please circulate this to your riding/running buddies.
These are easily the highest traffic trails around so require a lot of maintenance to keep them buff…riding them when they’re as wet as they are now increases the amount of work. Thanks in advance from MBO for not using the trails for a few days.

Thanks to everyone for keeping off the Wakari tracks over the last few days. In order to help them dry out today (Thursday) we are going to keep the track closed until Friday morning.

Staying off the tracks when they are wet helps immensely with keeping them in good order. The track fairies do appreciate not having to fix damage after people bog them up..

So if its a bit wet, please do the right thing and stay off them, and pass this around to other riders..
